OLCA Breastfest Exhibitor Application - 2026

Terms:

Exhibitor understands that s/he will be provided with:

- One banquet table.

- Electricity is available, but must be requested in advance. NOTE: extension cords are NOT provided.

- Meals during the Conference ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST be purchased if planning to participate.  Please refer to the agenda for more details.


Exhibitor acknowledges that the table reserved by Exhibitor WILL NOT be shared with any person, business, or organization, unless they are a party to this contract, and approved before the Conference begins.  Any Exhibitors without a signed and approved Contract will not be permitted to participate in the Conference.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Any materials to be displayed and/or distributed must meet the requirements of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes. Vendors or materials not in compliance *** Will be removed from the conference if OLCA determines they do not comply.***


Exhibitor agrees to be present at their assigned table, at all times required (before Conference sessions, during breaks and meals, after Conference sessions.  Times TBD.  See Agenda for details.  Exhibitor further agrees that only the people listed in this Contract will attend the table assigned to the Exhibitor.  An OLCA volunteer will be available for short coverage upon request.


Requirements:

It is understood that the Exhibitor, her/his co-exhibitors, employer, and OLCA:

(1) Neither solicits nor accepts funding or reimbursement from manufacturers of products that are within the scope

of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, found here:
